what we offer
2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, separate toilet, free-standing bathtub, rain shower 90x120 cm, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV, south-facing terrace. Our piece of jewelry is generously furnished and of high quality. Two free parking spaces are available on the property. A key safe makes your arrival and departure very relaxed. Dogs are not allowed. It is a non-smoking apartment.
The bed linen, towels and final cleaning are in the Price already included!
A minimum booking period of 3 nights applies.
Cancellations up to 5 days before the start of the booking are free of charge. Afterwards 50% of the total amount. The booking amount must be transferred 5 days before check-in.
Our bicycle garage is available free of charge.

SIZE OF THE APARTMENT
Enjoy every comfort that we offer you on 80 m². Our terrace, which you pass when you take the separate staircase to the 1st floor, offers you a further 11 m² of space to relax!
Location of the holiday home
Our darling is on the outskirts of Ichenheim on the way to the nearby Rhine (4KM). There is another house between the apartment and the street. The distance to the Rheinstraße is about 30 meters. A quiet apartment awaits you. Right in front of our neighbor's front door there is a 24/7 vending machine with regional delicacies. A baker, restaurants, two kebab shops and a grocery retailer are within walking distance.

Our gem is centrally located to explore the Europa Park, Strasbourg, Offenburg, Black Forest, Gengenbach, vineyards, Lahr, Ettenheim, Freiburg and the Rhine plain.
Sport, relaxation or both
If you love cycling, then the Rhine plain is the right place for you. Mountain bikers and racing cyclists can reach the first foothills of the Black Forest in 20 minutes. There are plenty of great hikes with or without a stop, in the sunshine or in the forest.
You can canoe and stand up paddle board almost on our doorstep on the Altrhein or on the quarry ponds.
The best way to relax is in one of the many restaurants with beer gardens. But the outdoor pools, indoor pools and saunas are also ideal for relaxation.
